Visitors Cards

Visitor cards enable the local congregation to gather an overview of information for each visitor that attends a local church service. Each card contains personal data on the front, including name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. The rear of the card asks if the visitor attends church, desires a follow-up contact, and has special prayer requests. Visitor cards come in a pack of 25 and measure 2.75" x 4.25".
