Minister's Monthly Report Forms for Female Ministry

The Minister's Monthly Report Forms for Female Ministry provides licensed female evangelists, teachers, and lay ministry with a convenient form to report regularly to the state/regional/national offices and General Headquarters. All active ministers are required to report monthly. This report book contains enough forms for one year of reporting. The reporting system was designated by the assembly as one of the "helps" of 1 Corinthians 12:28.
